Can a traveler book the round-trip flight with you?

Although we currently do not offer the option of booking the round-trip flights, we assist the travelers and provide support in case of doubts related to flights.

Can a traveler make changes to their booking after payment?

They can make changes up until the date we receive the payment. After that, we will do our best to accommodate their requests, but we cannot guarantee it.

Do you send the travelers all the information they need?

Exactly, along with their reservations, vouchers and necessary attachments for the trip, we send travelers an Itinerary and a Travel Plan. All the information they need is sent 15 days before the trip starts. We also offer a WhatsApp hotline to answer any question, even before they book their trip.

If during the trip a provider does not comply, or some kind of unforeseen event occurs, how can it be solved? What response, support or guarantee is given to travelers?

In all cases, if it's not the traveler's fault (and many times even if it is) we relocate them, look for another activity, etc., so they don't get stranded.
